Repairs & Warranty
Orders may be placed online at http://www.varduikara.com at any time. A Vardui Kara sales representative will confirm all orders and email order status updates to the email address provided at checkout. Updates include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays. If the item is in stock, it will ship immediately. If, however, the item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Most of our 18k gold items are made to order. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 2-4 weeks. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. If the item is ready before the given time frame, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. Orders placed during the holiday season may take longer than usual.
Vardui Kara reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by the company.

Placing a custom order holds a commitment to the item purchased. All custom pieces are final sale, hence, they are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable from the time the order is placed. Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. The friendly and knowledgeable team at Vardui Kara is happy to answer any questions about custom orders to existing items in stock.
Orders on items available in stock may be canceled during any time prior to shipping. We are unable to refund shipping charges for orders cancelled once the items have been shipped. If the package has been shipped prior to cancellation using our free shipping option, then customer will be responsible for any shipping charges Vardui Kara incurs. Customer is also responsible for any and all shipping charges on any undeliverable or bounced packages. Custom orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your Vardui Kara pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns on full-price items (not pertaining to custom and made to order items) from web sales for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the delivery date. Returns are only accepted on unaltered items shipped within the U.S. and must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on orders purchased on promotion and/or with a discount code. All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale. All returned items must be shipped via UPS in their complete original packaging with its original tags attached and protective packaging. A copy of the Vardui Kara receipt must accompany returns. Refunds will not be issued on original shipping charges.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return/exchange requests. Include your name, address, order number and reason for return or exchange. Attach the Return Authorization Number onto the package. When your return gets approved, you will be refunded the full purchase price of the item. Shipping and insurance charges incurred are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping and insurance charges. Vardui Kara only accepts return packages from UPS and all returns must require Signature Confirmation. Vardui Kara will not be held responsible for compensation or reimbursement in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or improperly packaged. Vardui Kara will only accept returns on items purchased from varduikara.com.
If an item you have purchased goes on promotion within five (5) days of your purchase date, Vardui Kara will offer a one-time price adjustment.
Vardui Kara reserves the right to refuse any return for refund or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Vardui Kara’s sole discretion.
Repairs & Warranty
At Vardui Kara, quality and craftsmanship are of our utmost concern. If you should experience the need for repair on any item purchased on varduikara.com, please contact email@example.com . Include your name, address, order number, and repair issue. You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number, which must be clearly labeled on the package.
Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted at the studio.
From 1 year from the date of purchase, Vardui Kara will take care of your product and repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect. We are confident of the quality of our product, hence the 1-year coverage. This also means that our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (for example, bent ring, broken chain, scratches from jewelry stacked together), improper use or storage of your item, and any modification done to your item by a third party outside of Vardui Kara. Repairs needed after 1 year or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and communicated to the customer prior to the repair process beginning.
We offer complimentary shipping on all continental United States orders. All shipping rates are calculated through USPS and/or UPS, and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. Vardui Kara offers three shipping services within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We ship Standard (ground), 2ND Day Air, and Overnight Next Day Air. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may only be shipped second day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
All orders shipped outside the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska, may be held for up to 10 business days to insure validity. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of these mentioned must have the same billing and shipping address. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, import duties, ad taxes vary by country. These fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information. Vardui Kara is not responsible for international taxes and duties. That is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, taxes, duties, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California State may not be liable for sales tax. The sales tax rate depends on city and county guidelines.
Why are we different? Big brands in the fine jewelry industry markup their pieces 8-10x their actual cost. We like to do things differently. Unlike the traditional jewelry industry, we set out to launch our own model to design, create, source, and built relationships with the best manufacturers to sell directly to you. This means no traditional markups, excess assortment, production markups, import costs, and retail markups. Our jewelry is handcrafted with the same high quality materials and craftsmanship as other luxury jewelry brands. All Vardui Kara items are priced at our current Suggested Retail prices. Prices are subject to change. Vardui Kara reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
